★★★★★
I needed something affordable and durable for my gelding to wear outside during the cold and rainy Texas winter days! He has definitely put it to the test! So far, rubbing on trees and rolling in the mud have not phased it! It's genuinely durable, easy to clean and rain resistant!

Love the durability of this blanket, would definitely recommend to my friends that don't want as heavy of a blanket for their horse to use, if it's example, raining or snowing. My horse has been out with over eight other horses, the blanket has no marks or rips thus far.

I have bought a blanket at one time or another from just about every blanket company there is. . . . Schneider's is the way to go! The durability, size options, weather-proof-ness, and prices are unbeatable. Definitely worth the buy!

Key benefits

Waterproof Turnout Sheets Keep Your Horse Dry and Protected from Rain and Wind

With no insulation, this waterproof turnout sheet is designed to keep your horse dry and protected from the wind and rain on wet days. Keeping your horse dry prevents chills from unpredicted drops in temperature, and provides protection from the moist conditions that cause skin infections like rain rot.

Criss Cross Surcingles Stay in Place

Criss-cross surcingles adjust to keep the sheet from sliding side to side. Comes with locking bands and detachable elastic leg straps for increased security. Chrome plated hardware.

Front Buckles for Easy On and Off

Double-Buckle front with Hook & Loop Closure allows you to adjust to the perfect amount of snugness at the front of the chest.

Sewn on Extra Large Tail Cover

Tail cover provides additional protection from heavy wind and rain.

Gussets for Freedom of Movement

Reinforced gussets extend higher and more forward to allow greater freedom of motion for the shoulder which prevents rubbing on shoulders.

Leg Straps Included

Detachable elastic leg straps help keep the blanket in place. Our leg straps adjust from 20” to 38” and will stretch as the horse moves. Set at optimum snugness and use the chrome-plated snaps for easy on and off.

Maintenance Free Nylon Lining

Smooth, shiny nylon lining is 100% breathable and will leave your horse’s coat shiny and dust free. The lining will not collect hair or shavings.

Identification label

The inside chest of the blanket has a sewn in name label identifying the weight of your blanket and allowing space to write your horses name with any permanent marker.

Reviews

10/10 turnout sheet

"Great quality sheet! Durable and very much waterproof. Generously sized which I like. I have zero complaints other than I wish it had snaps on the chest instead of plain buckles!"

— Alexis (5/5)

Harrolds Mid winter cover

"This is the second blanket I have purchased from Schneiders, the other being a heavy weight blanket. Both fit fantastic and have various adjustments for excellent fits. I will by no other brand of Blanket or sheet. Bothe my horse "Harrold" and I love them."

— Marcia C. (5/5)

Quality product

"My three horses are pasture kept year round. I bought these blankets to keep them warm on extremely cold days. The blankets were probably worn 15-20 days last winter. I am pleased with the quality. There were no tears or issues with straps and buckles."

— CYNTHIA (5/5)

Disappointed in the insolation factor for warmth

"I have purchased these blankets for years for my horses, they always fix great & keep them warm for the very cold winters we have in Northern Nevada. So, when I order this new blanket, I was expecting the same quality the fix is good, but it does not look to have the same insolation, so I was disappointed in that, so come this winter I will have to double blanket my older mare so I know she will stay warm in the 20' or lower temp"

— Cindy C. (5/5)

Best blanket ever

"Your blanket is amazing, it is the first time he has not ripped it. I have tried so many different brands and they all rip. I am so so happy with your blanket. The quality is amazing. Reasonable price. Thank you for making a quality product."

— Kim D. (5/5)
