The Ripstop Mesh is durable enough for most turnout, while protecting against even the smallest biting insects and larger biting flies. Additional sun protection is provided by 65% UV protection. The traditional Euro-Fit features fleece at withers for added comfort. Large gussets and nylon lined shoulders will keep your horse comfortable.

Euro Fit with Fleece Wither Adds Comfort
Our Traditional Euro fit fly sheets are designed with fleece at the withers to prevent rubbing where the sheet meets the mane. Extends 4 to 6 inches onto the mane.
Bellyband Closure for Greater Protection
Bellyband closure provides greater protection from flies and midges biting along the sensitive underbelly-line. Hardware is positioned to avoid rubbing or poking while your horse is lying down and rear surcingle includes a stretch panel for more give as the horse moves since the proper fit is with the bellyband snug and flush to the belly. Comes with locking bands and elastic leg straps for increased security. Brass plated hardware resists corrosion from fly sprays and detergents.
Front Buckles for Easy On and Off
Double-Buckle front with Hook & Loop Closure allows you to adjust to the perfect amount of snugness at the front of the chest.
Extra Protection from Large Tail Cover
Tail cover provides additional protection from flies attacking the sensitive area under tail.
Additional Freedom from a Better Gusset Design
Fabric gussets extend higher and more forward to allow greater freedom of motion.
Leg Straps Included!
Detachable Elastic leg straps help keep the sheet in place. Our leg straps adjust from 20" to 38" and will stretch as horse moves. Set at optimium snugness and use the double brass-plated snaps for easy on and off.

How to Measure a Horse for a Blanket
The most accurate and easiest way to determine your horse’s blanket size is to measure along the side of their body, from chest to tail. First, stand the horse square on a flat surface. Measure from the center of the chest, straight back to the very edge of the tail. Make sure to measure along the widest part of their shoulder and hindquarters. The number of inches measured in this way is your horse’s size. Look on the size chart for any Schneiders blanket for this number of inches to order your horse’s perfect size.
